Guided Meditations


Service Description

Get taken on a journey of mindfulness and relaxation with one of my guided meditations that allow individuals to go within, reconnect with their own self and experience inner clarity. In these specialized sessions, I lead participants through a meditation designed to calm the mind and encourage a state of deep relaxation. The content of the meditations vary — from vivid nature-based visualizations to deep explorations of emotion and thought — but in each session, I aim to inspire focused breathing, mindfulness and decompression. These sessions will take participants to richly envisioned landscapes and stimulate the brain in new ways. While the human brain is designed to differentiate between real and imagined images, research shows that your brain can experience especially strong imagined signals as reality. By walking participants through deeply detailed meditations, I aim to produce an imagined experience that is akin to reality. My sound bath sessions typically run from 30 minutes to 60 minutes — contact me for details on my next event or to book a session of your own.
