About the event
Karen teams up with Lise of Modo Yoga once again to offer a Hot Yoga & Sound Bath with Guided Meditation event.
We begin the first half of the session with Lise leading a beautiful Yin yoga practice.
The second half of the class concludes with a soothing Sound Bath and Guided Meditation journey by Karen. Come enjoy this deeply healing and relaxing session.
