No ceremony, no guided meditation - just the pure intentional tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments to help you relax, reset and return to yourself.
Sound Baths may seem simple, but they do magical things for the mind, body and spirit. The vibrations work subtly... yet deeply - releasing tension, calming the nervous system, clearing energetic blocks, inviting in cellular healing, inner stillness and so much more...all while you relax and listen to a beautiful sound scape!
